Board of Directors
Luther Z. Ramiro Medical Center, Inc. is the parent company that owns & operates Ramiro Community Hospital and is primarily governed by the Board of Directors. The Board ensures RCH is organized, and at all times operated, consistent with its mission, vision and core values. The Board since its inception was led by RCH’s founder, Dr. Luther Z. Ramiro until his passing in October 2016.
Today, the Board is headed by Dr. Audrey L. Ramiro, successor and 4th child of the founder, as Chairperson. Three of the third-generation Ramiros now join the board as Directors as well. Mrs. Dinah L. Ramiro, the remaining founder, sits on as Chairperson Emeritus.

Executive Leadership
Effective leadership is imperative to the successful pursuit of the mission and vision of Ramiro Community Hospital. The day-to-day operations of the Hospital are handled by the President who reports directly to the Board of Directors. The President and her team of managers and supervisors are guided by our key values as we deliver quality, sustainable and equitable healthcare for all.

Medical Practice Group
The MPG is headed by the Medical Director upon the appointment of the Governing Board. The Medical Director leads the Executive Committee (Execomm) composed of all the appointed medical department/institute heads.
The Execomm institutes the standards of medical care and managing & administering the day-to-day medical and surgical activities of RCH, subject to policies established by the Board of Directors.
All bonafide active and visiting staff of RCH are members of the MPG and are therefore actively involved in promulgating safe and quality healthcare for all patients.
